JJSS was started when I was 18, because I saw firsthand how poor property maintenance was hurting businesses.

A family member had worked in the industry for years. Through that, I learned what happens when maintenance companies cut corners — a missed sweep here, a sloppy pressure wash there, a crew that shows up late or doesn't show up at all. It doesn't just affect the property. It affects the businesses operating inside it, the tenants living there, the customers walking through, and the condition of the property itself, visit after visit, until it's someone else's problem to fix.

That's what pushed me to start JJSS — not to be another maintenance company chasing volume, but to build one that businesses could actually rely on. One that communicates instead of going quiet. One that responds instead of making you wait. One that takes pride in the work instead of treating it as a checklist to rush through.
